What to include

Describe what happened, when it happened and the outcome you are requesting. If you are following up, include the subject of your earlier email. Do not include sensitive documents, full identity numbers, passwords or OTPs.

Concerns about a financial provider

This website does not currently process loan applications. If a concern relates to a loan you obtained from a separate lender, contact that lender through the official details in your agreement. Its complaint procedures and applicable escalation routes govern that product.
