Browsing and the calculator

The repayment calculator runs in your browser. Its inputs are not submitted to us. This version of the website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or account registration.

Enquiries

The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Nothing is submitted to us by the website. If you choose to send that draft, the recipient receives the details you include, your email address and associated email metadata. We use enquiries to respond and handle follow-up. Your email provider also processes the message under its own terms.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, device information and security events to serve and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Fonts and images are hosted with the site.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not include Aadhaar or PAN numbers, identity documents, bank statements, passwords, card details or OTPs in an enquiry. There is no document upload or credit application facility on this website.

Your questions and requests

You can ask about an enquiry or request correction or deletion by writing to contact@jbrb.in with “JBRBPe privacy” in the subject. Applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted. This website does not publish a fixed retention promise for email records.
